I am currently a real estate Broker in Alpharetta Georgia. I have been in the real estate business for 30 years. I developed my first residential subdivision in 1985. I built 30 houses and then developed another subdivision and built more houses. I am a pioneer. I went against the grain of the Real Estate Industry when I started the First Exclusive Buyers Broker Real Estate Firm in 1987. It was after being in the building business that I realized that home buyers have no clue what they are doing when they buy a home. It is like buying a car.. you just have to pray that the darn thing will work once you drive it off the lot because once you bought it, it is yours! And nobody will be as friendly to you once you own the house as they were while you were buying it… except for me! I have always been there for my clients during and after the buying process. That is how I built my company… with the philosophy that there is never a traffic jam on the extra mile!
I was the first Buyer Broker to Keynote at the National Relocation Council’s annual convention in Nashville Tennessee in 1988, the first buyer broker to be interviewed by Clark Howard on his radio show and the only Buyer Broker to be on CNN Money Line with Stuart Varney. My company is the only Buyer Broker Firm on the preferred vendor list of UPS Corporate HQ in Atlanta.
I have an actual Bricks and Sticks office in Alpharetta Georgia and live in the community where I represent buyers.
